On Monday, 3 June, the Ukrainian national football team will play a friendly against Germany, the host of the upcoming European Championship. We'll tell you where to watch the match and what we expect from the Ukrainian team.

Where and at what time will the match start?

The Germany vs Ukraine match will take place on 3 June in Nuremberg. The match will be hosted by the Max-Morlock-Stadion. The match starts at 21:45 Kyiv time.

The match will be available on T2 digital broadcasting. It will be shown live on regional Suspilne TV channels. At the same time, the MEGOGO service will be the exclusive broadcaster of the match.

An analytical studio will be available before and after the match between Ukraine and Germany on local Suspilne TV channels. The live broadcast will start at 20:40. The pre-match studio on MEGOGO will start at 20:30.

The programme and the match between the Bundesliga and the Blue and Yellows will be available on Futbol Pershyi and in the Sports section of the Maximum subscription.

What are the expectations from the game?

Despite the status of the match, the German national team is still the favourite. It is this country that is hosting the Euro this year. It is clear that Julian Nagelsmann's men will try to show a bright start before the tournament.

For the Ukrainians, the match is an introductory one, primarily with their squad. Coach Serhii Rebrov will focus on selecting the main players in the upcoming preparatory games. 

At the same time, as the players themselves stated on the eve of the match, the teams will try to show great football for their fans. It is worth reminding you that there are about a million Ukrainians living in Germany, some of whom will definitely come to watch the game.
