Starting from May 22, 2024, Ukrainians can submit documents on a first-come, first-served basis. The corresponding message appeared on the official website of the passport service. At the same time, the pre-appointment service is still available. Thus, Ukrainians can plan their visit to the institution in advance by registering in the electronic queue. Please note! Male citizens of Ukraine aged 18 to 60 can apply for passport documents only if they have military registration documents.

SE Document in Istanbul no longer accepts applications: details

As stated on the official website, from 22.05.2024, the separate subdivision of the State Enterprise "Document" in Istanbul began the process of termination of its activities in Turkey.

From May 25 to September 30, 2024 (inclusive), mobile complexes in Istanbul will operate exclusively for the issuance of ready-made documents that were issued before 05/24/2024.
