Checking the validity of compulsory motor third party liability insurance 

An online check of the status of a motor vehicle liability insurance policy is an important procedure for drivers in Ukraine, which allows them to avoid fines due to the absence or invalidity of insurance. This service allows you to check using the vehicle number, policy number, or VIN code of the car.

First, you need to specify the date on which you want to check the status of the car insurance, no later than the current date. This allows you to make sure that the information is up-to-date at the time of the check. For example, if your policy comes into force tomorrow, you can check its status the next day.

Checking the validity of the Green Card abroad

This service is very similar to the previous one, but was created specifically for the international Green Card policy. This insurance policy is a prerequisite for traveling abroad in your own vehicle with foreign registration.

To make a request to the Motor Transport Bureau, you must provide the car number or the unique number of the Green Card policy. It is also necessary to specify the date on which the check will be carried out.

By purchasing an electronic policy, you not only save your own time on trips to the offices of insurance agents, but you can be sure that your insurance will always be at hand. And even if you lose the printed form, you can always restore it, having your insurance in PDF format on your email. Unfortunately, you won't be able to restore an insurance policy issued offline as quickly.

Electronic Europrotocol 

The electronic Europrotocol is a paper or electronic form for drivers to register a traffic accident on their own. To record the circumstances of an accident, you do not need to call law enforcement officials, everything can be done right in your smartphone. You can register a traffic accident electronically without having to call the police. This can significantly reduce the time spent on paperwork.

You can fill out the necessary forms right in your smartphone. All documents will then be automatically sent to the MTIBU and the insurance company for compensation.

Electronic service for submitting documents on road accidents to the MTIBU 

The Victims' Protection Fund was established to fulfill the obligations of insurers - members of the Motor Transport Insurance Bureau of Ukraine to victims. This institution settles claims with victims in the event of road accidents.

In order to receive compensation from the Victims' Protection Fund, you can submit documents online. After that, the case will be considered immediately, without the need to wait for the physical transfer of the necessary papers.

Victim's office 

This service is a complement to the previous tool. In the victim's office, drivers can track the status of their cases in cooperation with the Victims' Protection Fund. You can track the stages of consideration of appeals and plan the next steps in real time.

Service for issuing a certificate of accident-free driving record 

Ordering a certificate of accident-free driving record allows you to reduce the cost of an insurance policy when applying for a motor citizen. MTIBU's online service allows you to conveniently and quickly obtain documents without the need to visit the offices. 

It is important to avoid sending repeated requests, as this may complicate processing. The MTIBU database does not contain information on CTP before 2010, so take this into account when requesting.
