Young Ukrainians under the age of 35 who have a B1 or higher level of English and dream of studying at a European university have a great opportunity to apply for the College of Europe Scholarship Program in Natolin, Poland.
We will tell you how to get into the program and when you can apply - further in the article.
The 8-month educational and professional program is designed for young Ukrainians, Moldovans, and Georgians who have a strong interest in European issues and want to gain practical skills for successful employment.
Natolin Fellowship Program: scholarship program
The Natolin Fellowship Program offers comprehensive support, including educational opportunities and scholarships for students.
The application deadline is May 10, 2024.
Who can apply?
It is important that applicants are either enrolled in a PhD program or graduates of a PhD program who have completed their studies no later than 12 months prior to application.
It is also a prerequisite to have a master's degree in the Bologna Process (or equivalent, 240 ECTS) or a doctoral degree from a university in Ukraine, Moldova or Georgia. Joint and double master's/doctoral programs developed in cooperation with European institutions are also considered.
Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in European Studies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Law, History, Journalism, and Linguistics, but candidates from other fields, including STEAM, may also be considered.

How does the program work?
The program will consist of two stages, supported by specially selected mentors. The first phase will include modules based on traditional, blended and e-learning methods to provide a broad range of knowledge and skills.
The second phase is aimed at gaining practical experience through internships or practicums, which can take place virtually or in a blended format. This will allow participants to gain real-world experience in a specialized professional environment and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
What scholarships are available?
Each successful participant of the program will receive a monthly stipend of EUR 1,197, which will total EUR 9,576 for the eight-month period. These funds are intended to cover living expenses and other needs.
Participants will be responsible for their own daily food and accommodation needs. However, the European College in Natolin will provide information on the availability of dormitories and student restaurants, as well as the conditions of their use.
Partial funding is provided for return travel to the country of origin up to the amount of EUR 530.
Successful participants will receive an award of up to EUR 1,000 for participation in international conferences or research. The program also covers insurance costs for the entire period.
All participants will receive special training and access to well-equipped office space for the implementation of program activities.
The Natolin Fellowship Program will start in June or July 2024 and will last until January or February 2025, i.e. approximately 8 months. Participants are required to be actively involved throughout this period.
