Polish airline LOT plans to launch a new route from Rzeszow to Milan in November. Read on to find out the cost of the trip and the flight schedule.

From Poland to Milan: how much do tickets cost?

The first flight is scheduled for November 4, and flights will be operated once a week on Saturdays. One-way tickets will cost from 350 zlotys (approximately 3000 hryvnias).

The plane departs from Rzeszow-Jasienki Airport at 16:50 and arrives at Milan-Malpensa Airport at 19:05, with a total flight time of 2 hours and 15 minutes.

The return flight from Milan-Malpensa Airport departs at 19:45 and arrives in Rzeszow at 21:45, with a total flight time of 2 hours.

As you know, Rzeszów-Jasienki International Airport is located 10 kilometers from the center of Rzeszów. The airport can be reached by buses No. 51 and No. 53, which depart from the city center. 

The cost of one ticket is PLN 6.20. Starting in October, there will also be direct trains from the city center to the airport for PLN 3.70.

Milan Malpensa International Airport is located approximately 45 kilometers from the center of Milan. The airport can be reached by direct Malpensa Express trains (ticket costs 13 euros) or by buses from private carriers (tickets from 10 euros). All flights depart from the main railway station Milano Centrale.

What is the most convenient way to get to Rzeszow-Jasieniec Airport?

Ukrainians traveling by plane from Rzeszow now have a much more convenient way to get to the airport. A new railroad line was opened in October.

Now it takes about 15 minutes to get to Rzeszow-Jasienko Airport. For example, it takes 13 minutes to get to the airport from Rzeszów from the Rzeszów Central Station by train. From Rzeszów Main station - in 18 minutes (12 km).  The journey from the Rzeszów West station takes 15 minutes.

According to shoppingpl.com, PKP has built 5 kilometers of new track to open a new railway line to the international airport. The route between the Rzeszów Zacherne stop and the airport has two new stations: "Głogów Małopolski Południowy" and "Jasionka Lotnisko" (Jasionka Airport).

There are 12 pairs of Polregio trains on this route to the airport, and they depart approximately every hour. The fare from Rzeszów Główny station is 3.7 zlotys (31 hryvnias).
