Die Steuern auf Autoimporte wurden in der Ukraine abgeschafft
Today the President signed the relevant law. This document provides for the exemption during martial law from import duties, excise duties and VAT on all imported goods, including vehicles. Customs clearance will last no more than one hour.
✅According to the new scheme, all citizens of the country can import cars for personal use from abroad. This applies to both new and used cars.
‼ ️However, Ukrainians will not be able to completely avoid the costs of customs clearance of the car. In particular, you will need to pay 3-5% of the cost of the car to the Pension Fund. It is also necessary to pass certification, get a license plate and a registration certificate.
This law applies to the following vehicles:
▪️ cars,
▪️ trucks,
▪️ minibuses (with a capacity of 10 people and more),
▪️ motorcycles,
▪️ trailers and semi-trailers.
Cars must meet the environmental standard not lower than "Euro-2", and trucks and buses - "Euro-5".
The law will come into force after its publication in a parliamentary newspaper.
