The State Migration Service and the State Enterprise "Document" continue to expand the geography of services provided by the State Enterprise "Document".

In particular, a separate unit has been opened in the German city of Cologne to help internally displaced Ukrainians with their passport issues. We will tell you about the work schedule and the location of the new office below.

Where is the Document State Enterprise located in Cologne?

Specially equipped white minibuses with the "Passport Service" symbols are located at: Breslauer Platz, Köln, 50668. 

The center is open from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

How can I make an appointment for the issuance of passport documents and what services are available at the new Passport Service Center?

Visitors in the city are served exclusively by appointment in the electronic queue - https://cologne.pasport.org.ua/.

Currently, citizens of Ukraine can receive the following services in Cologne:

📌 Issuance of an ID card or passport (including replacement of a lost or stolen one);

📌exchange of an ID-card or passport (due to expiration, change of information, unsuitability for use);

📌 exchange of a passport issued in 1994 for an ID-card (upon request or in case of unsuitability);

📌 simultaneous issuance of a passport and an ID-card;

📌 exchange of a driver's license.

Please note! As of April 21, 2023, the State Enterprise "Document" does not have the authority to issue documents to citizens who have left abroad for permanent residence and have a corresponding mark in their passports. Their issues are handled exclusively by foreign diplomatic missions.
