A new service has been added to the state-owned Diia app: Ukrainians can now get a court decision online. This was announced on the app's Telegram channel.

"We have digitalized court decisions. This means that you no longer need to go to court and stand in lines. A click-click on your smartphone and the document with the judges' signatures is ready", - the statement said.

It is noted that a digital court decision has the same legal force as a paper one.

How to use the new service: instructions

• Go to the Diia app;

• Click Services and select Court cases;

• Review the court decision and, if necessary, download it to your smartphone.

In addition to the electronic court decision, Diia will send you a notification of the court case in which you are involved.

Please note! Court services work in the latest version of Diia. So make sure you have updated the app.

It is noted that the service is implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation jointly with the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the State Enterprise "Center for Court Services" and the State Enterprise "Information Court Systems".
