The VisitUkraine.Today portal launches a new feature - now you can buy tickets for buses, trains and flights on the site. Learn more about how to use the option and where to find it below.

The "Tickets" section is available in several languages (including English), which is also important for foreign users who plan to visit Ukraine.

"Tickets" are available for several types of transport - railways, buses (in Ukraine and Europe) and flights (for now in Europe, but after victory). The interface of the section is designed simply and without unnecessary details.

Where can I find the section to buy tickets?

On the main page of the site, you can see several sections in the menu. To purchase tickets, go to the "Tickets" section. After a new page opens, the site will offer to choose several options - "airline tickets" / "bus and train".

After clicking the "bus and train" button, the interface for ordering tickets will immediately appear on the page. You can then start the booking process. The interface looks like this:

How does the ticket purchase service work on the Visit Ukraine portal?

When booking tickets, each trip is described separately. For example, you can view flight details:

- route;

- stops and transfers (if any);

- conditions of cancellation.

Pay attention! In case you want to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it, you will need to contact Infobus. Their contacts will be indicated in the confirmation of the reservation by mail, which is indicated by the client at the time of booking.

Selected information about cancellation or refund conditions is indicated in each ticket. It is also worth noting that no refunds are provided for the purchase of train tickets.
